Healthcare Marketing Strategist
Thalika Marchal is a Business and Marketing Strategist, with a focus on organizations across the health and wellness field, including pharmaceutical companies, health systems,healthcare agencies and trade organizations. She has 14 years of experience in business strategy, brand strategy, tactical planning, cross-channel marketing and market research.
Previously, Thalika was at iCrossing, a global digital marketing agency, where she was an Account Director and oversaw the overall client relationship and managed the development and execution of digital marketing strategies on key healthcare accounts. She was previously a Strategy Director at LBi Health, a digital healthcare agency, where she co-managed the Strategy Department and served as the strategic lead across a range of healthcare clients.
Prior to that, Thalika was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where she gained experience in commercial strategy, growth strategy and strategic planning for pharmaceutical manufacturers and trade associations. Before business school, Thalika spent time in market research and digital strategy at Forester Research, Agency.com and Interbrand.
She has a BS in Business Administration from Babson College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
