How can a sales-force centric organization design an effective cross-channel measurement system?

The Stem was retained by a mid-tier Pharmaceutical company to develop a multi-channel analytics vision and strategy. Our objective was to improve the value and efficiency of multi-channel reporting across several brands. To that end, we developed a standard set of multi-channel KPIs and reports and designed a reporting workflow so the right people received the right information that they could act on. We also automated the process of compiling reports to refocus management time and attention on data analysis and optimization.
