Lead Digital Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned Health digital strategist on a term-to-perm or full-time basis.

Roles + responsibilities

The Lead Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing digital strategies for leading Health brands targeting consumers, providers and payers. He/She will also be responsible for providing ongoing counsel on the measurement and optimization of digital programs .

  • + Conduct digital landscape assessments
  • + Develop customer journeys
  • + Create data-driven customer profiles
  • + Create integrated multi-channel strategies
  • + Create digital strategies
  • + Create points-of-view and recommendations surrounding emerging channels
  • + Develop measurement plans and integrated reports
  • + Analyze performance data and make improvement recommendations
  • + Recommend and manage tests and optimization actions
  • + Stay abreast of emerging digital trends
  • + Manage researchers and data analysts


The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement. He/She will be a strong analytical thinker, with deep subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Healthcare. He/She will be a thought leader capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward

  • + Proven experience in a Lead Strategist role at an agency, consulting firm or client
  • + Track record of conceiving and guiding strategies that make a measurable impact
  • + Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health
  • + Experience working with cross-channel data and analytical tools
  • + Ability to interpret and analyze digital performance data
  • + Ability to develop measurement plans and design actionable reports
  • + Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
  • + Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
  • + Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
  • + Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required


Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
